20 OZ Double Wall GLASS CAN for Sublimation

20 OZ clear glass sublimation can.

Clear glass can tumblers are ready for sublimation or vinyl designs.

Please note, that equipment varies and so may your required settings. Please test your own equipment using these baseline recommendations.

Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the glass using heat tape. For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the tumbler, then tape very well along the seam, Pulling the tape/transfer as tight as possible with no air pockets. If your transfer does not fully cover the tumbler surface, apply blowout/butcher paper to the entire tumbler so that there is no glass showing on the sides.

Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the glass can.

Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer.

Hand washing is recommended as the high heat in many dishwashers may reactivate the ink and cause it to bleed.

As with all glass products, avoid extreme temperature changes, as this may cause cracking or even explosion of the glass.

SIZE:

25 oz outside, holds 20 oz inside, use for hot or cold beverages.

Comes with a bamboo lid and straw.

Pre-drilled hole approximately 7 mm in size. 

For tumbler press, please do your research and test your own equipment.

Some people use this setting: BUT AGAIN, DO YOUR TEST FIRST.

365 degrees F and 6-minute for an oven
365 degrees F and 50 second for a press

GLASS WILL BE HOT!! No sealant is necessary on sublimation.
